Heather was an absolutely fantastic speaker and presenter. She was engaging, relatable, and had materials that conveyed her message without being overwhelming with content. She also presented her topic in a way that gave our attendees concrete action items rather than just generalized material. She is certainly an expert in her field. It was a pleasure getting to meet her and hearing her speak!
